Returns and Refunds Policy
If recipients have any questions, problems, or concerns with an order, we ask that you notify us immediately. If Haskell’s Seafood has made a mistake on your order, we will replace the necessary items or issue a gift certificate or credit to the cardholder of the purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at 1.855. HASKELL to speak with a customer service representative. We reserve the right to conduct an investigation into claims that are potentially fraudulent. Haskell’s Seafood may deem it necessary to have the package and contents returned to us for inspection.
Shipping Policy
Frozen foods ship via 1 to 3 Day Ground Service, or 2nd Day Air Service, depending on the destination.
Frozen foods ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (with the exception of holidays) to ensure that your shipment will arrive within the necessary amount of time to prevent thawing.
You may upgrade your shipping at check out.
The minimum to ship our frozen seafoods is $65.00 to prevent thawing in transit.
Once your package ships, a tracking number will be provided to track your shipment.
We cannot ship frozen foods or perishable goods to P.O. Boxes.
We cannot ship frozen lobster to New Hampshire or Massachusetts by law.
Sales Tax: Add 8.625% sales tax on the product total (not including shipping), to any order delivered in the state of New York, excluding gift certificates.

1st Class Mail Ships Free! – Gift certificate orders are processed and mailed via USPS within 2 business days once the order has been processed. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery although it may arrive sooner. Please note that 1st Class Mail is not trackable.
